The Girls on the Run Spring 5K on June 6, 2020, is open to runners, skippers, and walkers of all ages and abilities. The run will be headquartered at the park’s Shelter #2 in Frederick County’s Middletown Community Park. The course will take you and more than 300 enthusiastic youngsters on a run through the surrounding neighborhoods before finishing lakeside to the cheers of hundreds of spectators!

 This non-competitive event is the perfect place for those who are new to running to run their first official 5k!
