This annual Father’s Day Sprint Triathlon and Duathlon is held at the South Carroll Swim Club in Carroll County, Maryland. The two races are excellent events for athletes of all levels to compete in a family friendly, enthusiastic and well-supported event.

The Sprint Triathlon has a 400-Meter Swim featuring a great outdoor competition pool, the 14-Mile Bike Ride and 3-Mile Run showcasing the scenic and rolling countryside of southern Carroll County, Maryland.

The Sprint Duathlon features a 1.8-Mile Run, a 14-Mile Bike Ride and a 3-Mile Run.

All proceeds benefit Meals on Wheels of Central Maryland.
