Let a breakfast run with its’ good food and fun company keep you running though cold winter months. There is a warmth of comaraderie as everyone chips in to the breakfast feast by bringing food and drinks.

For this breakfast run, Michele Newton has kindly offered to open up her home so that runners may return from their run to a warm breakfast, steaming coffee and the opportunity to meet other runners.

There are generally 3, 6 and 9 mile distances. As with all breakfast run, printed out directions will be available for everyone.
