1K Fun Run Start: 11:30am…… 5K Start: 12:00pm 

Welcome to the 10th Annual Headless Horseman 5K and 1K Fun Run and Walk.  The Headless Horseman is a great race for all ages and abilities.  The course has been certified and is a fast flat course around Frederick High School and Baker Park.

We encourage our runners to wear costumes and join us for this fun and exciting day.  Prizes will be awarded for the best costumes.

 

NOTE: The Frederick Steeplechasers Running Club is offering a free 5k training program leading up to the Headless Horseman 5k as the goal race.  The training program is open to members of FSRC, but membership is only $20 and you will be offered the opportunity to sign up for membership when you register for the training program.  The program is geared to beginner (run-walk) and intermediate runners.
