Come out and enjoy Frederick County’s most scenic 10K / 5K event in the fall foliage and crisp air at Cunningham Falls State Park!
The 5K is a rolling, paved course punctuated by “THE HILL” a steep incline at the 2-mile mark. The 10K is a challenging double-loop of the paved 5K course, with two trips up “THE HILL“.
We provide an excellent goody bag and technical t-shirt for all 5K and 10K runners. Food, prizes.
The Fun Run/Walk is a 1.4-mile paved stroll well-suited for walkers and families.
Proceeds benefit the Friends of Cunningham Falls State Park and Gambrill State Park, a 501(C)3 charitable organization.
