Come out and enjoy Frederick County’s most scenic 5K in the fall foliage and crisp air!

The 5K takes place on a rolling, paved course punctuated by a steep incline at the 2-mile mark. Not a PR course, but a PR for scenery! The 10K is a challenging double-loop of the paved 5K course. A technical t-shirt will be provided for both 5K and 10K runners.

The Fun Run/Walk is a 1.4-mile paved stroll well-suited for walkers and families.

The Tot Trot is free for children age 6 and under and will begin at 8:50 am.

Proceeds benefit the Friends of Cunningham Falls State Park and Gambrill State Park, a 501(C)3 charitable organization. The Friends provide volunteer time and donations to support park programming, infrastructure and special events.
