Girls on the Run of Mid & Western Maryland is bringing the spirit of the Candy Cane Dash to Hagerstown on Sunday, December 5th, 2021. We’ve baked up the Gingerbread Dash 5K, perfected the recipe, and added it as a companion race to our highly successful Candy Cane Dash 5K! This inaugural event will have all of the holiday-themed energy and enthusiasm that you expect at a GOTR Mid-MD event! Why not run both the Candy Cane Dash and Gingerbread Dash? You get two great runs in one weekend, and finisher’s medals that will go together!
This new race will start and finish along the Hagerstown Cultural Trail adjacent to the Hagerstown Housing Authority and the huge, Mural of Unusual Size! There is plenty of free, municipal parking in the vicinity of our start/finish.
The Gingerbread Dash is open to all and we hope that you dress festively for the occasion!
