Who can come to help at the Steep’s JFK aid station at mile 19 on Saturday, Nov 21?
To get there, take U.S. 340 to the traffic light just before you cross the river and make a left onto Valley/Keep Tryst Rd. Follow Keep Tryst Rd. to a right onto Sandy Hook Rd. Follow under 340 and past the RR tunnel and past the trail entrance to Maryland Heights until you reach Hofmaster Rd. on the right. Once past Hofmaster Rd. there is a little parking area on the left. That’s where we meet.
NOTE: Parking should be reserved for people unloading supplies. Everyone else should park elsewhere (parking along the road at Maryland Heights or Sandy Hook or about a mile walk to Harpers Ferry using the foot bridge and the towpath). We start setting up at 8:00am.
