The 10K is an FSRC Grand Prix Event.

This scenic and rolling 10K course will take you on a journey through some of the prettiest farmland in Frederick County.  Spring will be ushering forth color as you run past numerous farms, along Catoctin Creek on a gravel road, and across two, historic one-lane, wooden deck bridges spanning Catoctin Creek.

The 5K has almost exactly half of the elevation gain/loss as the 10K, while utilizing, for the most part, an entirely different but ever-so-scenic course.  5-year age group awards for both races!!!
