The 9th annual Maryland Half Marathon and 5K returns to Maple Lawn in Howard County this year with one hundred percent of the net proceeds benefiting the University of Maryland Greenebaum Comprehensive Cancer Center. This year’s Maryland Half Marathon & 5K will also feature a Kids Fun Run, Kids Zone for families with children, and a post-race festival.
