** NOTE: Due to weather, this race has been postponed from 10/2 to 10/23 **

You and fellow fighters will walk/run a 3.1 mile course through the historic town of New Market and adjacent neighborhoods. This is a family friendly event and all ages are welcome. The race is entirely volunteer staffed, and all facilities are 100% donated — net proceeds will be  donated locally to the Hurwitz Breast Cancer Fund; non-profit 501(c)(3) tax status.

Same day race registration begins at 8 AM. Race starts at 9 AM sharp. Stick around after the race for food and awards. ADDITIONALLY, a cornhole competition CORNHOLE FOR THE CAUSE will begin at noon, along with local businesses, food sales, local beer and wine and of course live music with a great local band!

Parking is available on Main Street, the Community Park, New Market United Methodist Church, and at the Grange located on 14 South Alley.
