Come out and start your holiday with a calorie deficit by joining your fellow Steeplechasers for a fun run around Ballenger Creek! We will start and end at Zi Pani, located at 5866 Ballenger Creek Pike, Frederick, MD, 21703. Start time is approximately 7:30am. There is plenty of parking, and Zi Pani is open on the holiday for anyone who is interested in a tasty post-run breakfast!

There will be three options for routes, a “red” route, a “white” route, and a “blue” route. Printed turn-by-turn directions will be provided for all runners. This is an informal run, so run at your own pace and risk.

White route – 4 miles
Blue route – 7 miles
Red route – 10 miles

Feel free to dress in festive attire (maybe according to the distance you want to run, if you feel so inclined? Or anything at all that is red, white, and/or blue is encouraged!). Hope to see you there!
